Some simple types of Mudras

Mudra

For the
liver and
gall bladder


Place tips of thumb,
middle finger and ring
finger together in
each hand

(as shown in picture above)

Do for 5 to 45 minutes or do this
Mudra 3 times a day 15 minutes
each time

This mudra helps to remove waste
materials , specially toxins and
cures urinary problems . This mudra
is associated with the energy of the
liver and gall bladder . It has a
balancing effect on the mind which is
the quality of a well fnctioning liver.

serenity and inner harmony

thumb gently over this ring

placed on pad of thumb

Place tips of index finger and thumb on top of each other

this is a spiritual mudra to do
while in meditation. Connects
us to Divine consciousness.

the Cosmic consciousness

Mudra

Keep other fingers straight and extended. Do this mudra
in both hands

during chest
